Convertisseur de Relevés Bancaires provides an online service for converting PDF bank statements into Excel files (XLSX). The service includes:

  • Upload and processing of PDF documents
  • Automatic text recognition (OCR) using AI
  • Extraction and structuring of table data
  • Export to XLSX format

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the service. You are obligated to:

  • Provide truthful information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may only use the service for lawful purposes. The following is prohibited:

  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Uploading documents you are not authorized to process
  • Any attempt to manipulate or disrupt the service
  • Automated mass usage without prior approval

5. Payment Terms

The service is provided on a subscription basis. The following terms apply:

  • Billing is monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices include applicable VAT
  • Service is limited when page quota is exceeded
  • Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the billing period

6. Data Protection and Security

We take the protection of your data very seriously. All uploaded documents are:

  • Processed and stored on servers in the European Union
  • Transmitted encrypted (SSL/TLS)
  • Stored only for the duration of processing (optional)
  • Not shared with third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for the highest accuracy in data extraction but cannot guarantee complete accuracy of converted data. You are obligated to verify results before use.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated. Liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for outages due to:

  • Force majeure
  • Disruptions at third parties (e.g., cloud providers)
  • Necessary security updates

9. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy. In case of violation of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the operator.
